Duration & Format
Sterling Results coaches and their clients collaboratively shape a coaching agenda in two initial strategy sessions. The agenda is based on the client’s sense of the gap between his or her present reality and desired future, supported by appropriate assessments. 

Based on the agenda, client and coach agree on an appropriate schedule of meetings - typically three times a month for 40-45 minutes over six months.

Between scheduled sessions coaching clients follow through with commitments, contacting their coach as needed by email or phone.
