Sterling Van De Moortel brings to his work not only advanced degrees in Communications
Management (USC) and Adult Learning (UCLA), but also his experience
as a corporate manager at Xerox and TeleMark. A veteran
coach since 1994 and trainer for twenty years, Sterling is a Master
Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) as well as a
certified trainer in Human Resource and Organization Development
(American Society
for Training and Development). He merges these two technologies into
a highly effective and unique approach to professional development.
Sterling
also presents regularly to Project Management Institute (PMI) chapters,
leadership conferences and Congresses on critical topics such as leadership, team building and communication
effectiveness.
 Kathleen Spike
is degreed in business management and communications. She is one
of the first coaches certified by the Coaches Training Institute in
1994, one of the first Master Certified Coaches in the United States and
certified by the International Coach Federation since 1997. She is
also a certified EQ coach and an expert using Enneagram assessment
tools. Specializing in developing managers and executives, she helps
them break through human barriers to lead with integrity, trustworthy
communication, and confidence. Higher performance and a professional
