"Since our people-savvy teaming experience, our team dynamics have improved significantly.
We gained a far deeper understanding of our own and each other's Human Operating Systems and their impact on team dynamics.  More importantly, what we learned is helping us to improve our workplace interactions, build a high performance team, and put our collective resources to best use. I recommend this practical, involving, innovative approach to take team as well as individual performance to higher levels."

VP and Business Services Manager, Global Engineering Company, Northeast USA

"Thanks again for all you're doing for our people, and what you did for me and my team.  Our region was the only region that beat its plan in 2004, so we got a lot of accolades."
VP & Regional Business Group Manager, Global Engineering Company, California

"The team building process and tools also worked well to help us integrate a number of new members.  And they have helped us understand and serve our client better."

"Because of our very driven, high performing people with strong technical backgrounds, leading a team can be very complex.  This situation is further complicated by the size and complexity of our particular team, which involves over 20 firms.  The work Sterling Results did with us has helped us better understand each other, effectively anticipate areas of disagreement or friction, and implement engagement strategies to diffuse potential problems up front."

PEOPLE-SAVVY TEAMING©:  Propel Results
by Re-tooling the Team Operating System

Team Effectiveness Training

Program Overview

People-Savvy Teaming© helps teams succeed by effectively managing their interactions and using the combined resources of their members. This unique training and coaching program uses a group process to develop each team member's communication and interaction skills as well as the Team Operating System.

Participants in People-Savvy Teaming© explore their and their teammates' own styles through a series of awareness increasing exercises. They also explore the profile of their team itself --the Team Operating System-- and develop a ‘resource allocation’ strategy for the team based on the strengths of each member’s style.

Program Objectives

People-Savvy Teaming© equips teams with a new tool to enhance team functioning. This tool, the Enneagram, is a human development and interaction model that describes nine different ‘human operating systems’, each with its own worldview, source of motivation, and style of relating and working effectively with others.

The Enneagram provides the tools necessary to enhance business team dynamics, effectively allocate team resources, develop participative leadership, enhance problem solving and conflict resolution dynamics, and create a People-Savvy relationship strategy for current and potential clients.

This progressive group effectiveness training and coaching program provides any success-focused team with the tools to maximize achievement through more effective business team dynamics and innovative team practices.

Program Benefits

People-Savvy Teaming© maximizes business team dynamics in the workplace. It helps technical professionals acquire powerful tools and skills for working effectively as a team. As a result of People-Savvy Teaming©, teams experience new levels of functioning and achievement.

Program Duration & Format

People-Savvy Teaming© innovatively combines the best practices of both team building training and group effectiveness coaching to ensure behavioral change and its transfer to the workplace. It intersperses intensive hands-on training sessions (both on-site and virtual) with field practice and follow-up one-on-one coaching over a period of at least one month.
