Leadership© supports technical professionals and in developing
these key competencies and practices. Going beyond effective workplace
communication, this leading-edge leadership development program equips
technical professionals with a powerful new tool, a human development
and interaction model, to get results through people.
This model,
the Enneagram, describes nine different ‘human operating systems’,
each with its own worldview, source of motivation, and way of relating
and working effectively with others.
This program
is appropriate for current leaders, leaders in development, or the latent
leader in everyone. The tools provided by this interactive, hands-on
workshop can be immediately applied.
Participants
in People-Savvy Leadership© discover their
own natural style and ways to optimize it. People-Savvy leaders
learn to read and engage other styles more effectively, exploring how
best to apply this knowledge to boost team and project performance.

People-Savvy Leadership© helps
participants develop effective influencing
skills. Participants learn to work collaboratively, exhibiting effective
business communication skills, problem solving skills, and conflict
resolution methods.
This program
is designed to assist participants in enhancing their contributions
to their organization. Participants learn how to lead both effectively
and authentically. The program also assists participants in identifying
and more effectively engaging team members with other styles.

Program Duration & Format
People-Savvy
Leadership© effectively combines the best practices of
both leadership training and coaching to ensure behavioral
change and its transfer to the work place. In order to ensure success,
this program intersperses intensive hands-on training sessions (both
on-site and virtual) with field practice and follow-up one-on-one coaching.
This program
can be delivered in a half-day, full-day, or two-day intensive
format. It can also be delivered in three parts over a 4 to
6 week period and can be combined with, followed up by, or interspersed
with individual coaching.
People-Savvy
Leadership© can also be delivered in Spanish or French.
